Shipping Overview

Bursaco offers a straightforward standard shipping option with a flat shipping charge of $5.99. Our standard handling time is approximately 1–2 business days, followed by an estimated carrier transit period of 2–6 business days.

Based on these standard timeframes, most orders are expected to arrive within 3–8 business days after the applicable processing schedule begins. Delivery estimates are provided for planning purposes and are not guaranteed arrival dates.

Order Processing & Handling

Once an order is successfully placed, Bursaco begins the fulfillment process. Our standard handling time is 1–2 business days. During this period, the order may be reviewed, prepared, packaged, and arranged for shipment.

The handling period begins after the order has been successfully submitted and payment authorization has been completed. We use this time to ensure that the products included in the order are properly prepared before the package is transferred to the selected carrier.

Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, or applicable non-business days will be handled according to the next available business-day schedule. Weekends are not counted as standard business days when calculating the handling period.

Bursaco provides standard shipping for a flat rate of $5.99. The applicable shipping charge is displayed during checkout before the order is submitted.

A flat-rate structure makes it easier to understand the shipping cost before completing your purchase. The final order total will show the applicable merchandise amount together with the shipping charge.

Delivery Services & Carriers

Bursaco uses established parcel delivery networks to transport customer orders. Depending on the order and destination, shipments may be delivered through USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

The carrier assigned to a specific shipment may vary based on operational requirements, destination, package characteristics, and available carrier services.

Order Tracking

When tracking information is available, customers can use the tracking number associated with the shipment to monitor its progress through the applicable carrier's tracking system.

Tracking information may not become active immediately after a shipping label has been created. In some cases, the carrier requires time to receive and scan the package before the tracking status begins showing movement.

Shipping Address Requirements

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order. This includes the recipient's name, street address, apartment or unit number when applicable, city, state, ZIP code, and any other information necessary for successful delivery.

Incorrect or incomplete address information may result in delivery delays, unsuccessful delivery attempts, additional carrier handling, or a package being returned to the sender.
